Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will file your insurance claims upon completion of treatment. If your insurance carrier accepts electronic claims, we will process them electronically to enhance payment response time. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
To help us with your insurance filing, please be sure to complete the insurance questions on your Patient Registration Form and bring a copy of your dental insurance card, if available, to your appointment.
Please remember that dental insurance is a benefit for you or your covered dependents. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
While we accept assignment of benefits from insurance carries that will pay benefits directly to the dentistry, we are not "In-Network" with all carriers. We are an "In- Network Provider" with Delta Dental PPO, and some Cigna PPO platforms. Because of the variety of plans now readily available to purchase as individuals, if you have questions regarding our participation with your particular plan, please contact your insurance carier and they can advise you of our status with your plan.
